Our vineyard in spread on 8.5 hectares or vines, and split on more than 30 parcels. Among them, 4 ha in Zinnkeopflé and Golbert « Grand Cru », divided in 3 villages, Soultzmatt, Westhalten and Gueberschwihr. Each parcel has its own identity, made of a soil, a grape variety, a year of plantation, an exposure and a microclimate. The 7 grape varieties from Alsace are showing : Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Muscat for the white wines, and Pinot Noir for rosé and red wines.
