Tasting
A complex and vigorous Pinot-noir aged in barrels during 18 months, with a deep colour and black cherries notes. Tannins are firm but tasty.
Long-keeping wine, non-filtered.

Land : Marly sandstone soil
Exposure : East-facing hillside
Picking : Manual harvesting
Vinification : Destemmed and meticulously sorted grapes macerating during 15 days. Bottling without filtration, after 18 months maturing in wood barrels.
Crops : HVE3 certified & converting to organic agriculture
Side dish
Outstanding with game, a peace of beef, a leg of lamb or any cheese.
Tasting temperature 15 to 16 °C.
Shelf life : up to 10 years
